Initially, the company operated as a metalworking facility specializing in the production of welded structures. It was founded by experienced professionals from the steel and metalworking industries, enabling it to undertake ambitious projects from the start.
In 2015, the company joined the Hosta Group, which facilitated the expansion of its operations. Leveraging its experience and the support of the group, Stal&System began offering comprehensive services to investors – from construction design and prefabrication to delivery and assembly.
Since 2017, the company has operated under its current name, Stal&System, implementing the highest quality standards. Its quality control system complies with the ISO 9001 standard, and certifications such as PN-EN 1090 (for steel structures up to EXC3 class) and PN-EN ISO 3834-2 (for welding quality) ensure professionalism and precision. The company employs a highly skilled workforce, including an IWE-certified welding engineer, and has a team of specialists authorized to perform non-destructive testing.
In 2018, Stal&System completed a major investment – opening a new office building and production halls while significantly expanding its machinery park. A year later, in 2019, the company began its international expansion, particularly targeting Scandinavian markets, opening new avenues for growth.
